This is the wind farm on Romney Marsh, interestingly just a few miles from the nuclear power station at Dungeness.
A cold and windy day at Camber Sands, I think that's Beachy Head in the background. We had a bracing walk along the sands. The two figures running on the right are Liam and Charlie.
Amusement arcades are not my favourite places, they're usually hot and noisy and I don't like wasting time and money in them. The coin push is my least-hated machine though.
This happy Buddah reminds me of the time we spent in Thailand and Cambodia, places we loved and are now going through some challenging times. It's amazing how small this world is and how everything is connected. I hope the floods pass soon with not much more loss of life and livelihood and that our friends and family remain safe.

Brixton Academy (can't quite bring myself to call it the O2 Academy - although they've done a pretty good job with the carpeting and the aircon). A great night with my old friend Lisa (not old as in she is old; just we've known each other a long time).
This one's for Jon who is very keen to see the mug-winning aliens. Hope they satisfy the curiousity and are not too much of a disappointment.
Jo gave me some apples from her garden today. Now just got to work out want to do with them all. Apple sauce, crumble and bread. Any other ideas? All suggestions welcome.
They put the Christmas lights up in Worthing today. Luckily they didn't turn them on yet.
Cliff made some really tasty bread rolls today and we had them with our dinner of lentil and mushroom stew (cooked in our new slow cooker). Lovely.
I spent today learning how to use silver clay to made jewellery. Learnt a lot, met some lovely people and came home with some more jewellery (because I really don't have enough already).
Confession time. No picture today, my excuse is that the day was full and bedtime came early.
My phone company kindly sent us some free beer and breakfast pies to enjoy during the next England game in the rugby world cup.
I don't know who Jack is, but I like his style.
